Chuck Stilley

Chuck Stilley brings 50 years of commercial entertainment real estate experience to theatre developments across North America and international markets. He began his career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate before joining AMC Theatres, where he led real estate expansion for 28 years.

At AMC, Chuck directed the development of several hundred theatre locations, including 50 of the 100 highest-grossing cinemas in the United States. He built strategic partnerships with major developers, including Simon Property Group, General Growth Properties, and The Mills, helping introduce 24 to 30 screen megaplexes to commercial centers.

In 2010, Chuck founded Stilley Partners LLC to provide real estate consulting across the United States and Australia, focusing on new developments, lease negotiations, and lease restructurings. He co-founded The Cinema Bridge in 2020. Chuck served two terms as an International Council of Shopping Centers Trustee and remains active as a Past Trustee.
