Eva Mui directs global commercial real estate strategy and asset management, drawing on 30 years of executive leadership across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She manages multi-billion-dollar venue portfolios, specializing in cinema expansion, corporate finance, and location-based entertainment.
At AMC Entertainment, Eva established the global Real Estate Analysis function, building governance frameworks that backed $2B in capital investments across 150+ international transactions. As Head of Asset Management, she directed ~650 leases and executed key cross-border expansions, including AMC's entry into Saudi Arabia and integration of ODEON (Europe) and Carmike. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at General Electric and Best Buy.
Eva holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
